More Questions
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for multiple rentals. We also offer discounts for schools and churches.
How long do I get to keep my rentals?
All prices are for 4 hours of use. We will set up 1 hour earlier. $25 for additional usage.
Can I bring silly string or bubbles on a bounce house?
Yes, they are cleaned, disinfected, and inspected after every event to keep everyone healthy and safe.
Can we still party in wind and rain?
Unfortunately, no. If your event is on a stormy or windy day(over 15 mph) we cannot set up. You can reschedule your party for a different day.
Do I have to have a power source or water source at my event?
Yes. You will need a 3 prong plug-in for the bounce houses and water rentals require a water hose hook up.
Is there a weight limit on the bounce houses?
Adults love to jump too and we love that. But please no one over 275 pounds. This could hurt others or the bounce houses themselves.
Do you clean your equipment?
No. This could damage the bounce house or hurt someone. You would be charged a fine according to the damage.
How far will you go to deliver?
Free delivery for up to 20 miles from our location. After that we charge $25 for every 10 miles.
What kind of area do I need for the bounce house?
It is important to have a flat level area. Grass is best but we can also set up on concrete and small gravel. Although sometimes that can cause issues. Safety for the kids climbing in and out is the number one issue. This can also cause wear and tear on the bounce house.
We also need to be aware of power lines and trees.
Can you set up if no one is around?
No. We will not be able to set up if no one is present, if it is raining, high winds, or any other reason that would be a safety concern.
